About Us The Law Office of Shaina Silvers handles family and employment based immigration for both businesses and individuals, dedicating itself to helping foreign citizens pursue legal paths to the US. Shaina is a member of the District of Columbia Bar; the American Immigration Lawyers Association; The American Bar Association; and The Women's Bar Association of the District of Columbia. Ms. Silvers earned her B.A. in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from McGill University, and her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School. While in law school, Ms. Silvers served as a fellow in the Immigration Clinic and as a legal intern at the Arlington Immigration Court. Upon graduation with her J.D., she received an award for Pro Bono Service. Ms. Silvers speaks fluent Spanish.
